Return & Refund Policy

At HOOKED HORIZON CO. all of our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, all sales are final.


No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:


Wrong size ordered


Change of mind


Incorrect address provided by the customer


Delays caused by the carrier


Normal variations in print placement or color


Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’re happy to help.


To be eligible for a replacement or refund:


You must contact us within 7 days of delivery


Provide clear photos showing the issue


Include your order number


Once verified, we will work with Printify to issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item due to a fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item received. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:


Please contact the carrier first


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered


If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will assist you on a case-by-case basis.
